Shadi Said

CNP
Holistic Nutritionist

Growing up, Shadi had never heard of alternative medicine.  He was used to the conventional methods like regular visits to your doctor and using prescription medication to treat disease conditions.  After he discovered his Aunt Nicki practiced alternative medicine, he became intrigued to see how it helped people.  While working at her health food store, he was able to see first-hand how she had assisted people with identifying their food sensitivities, working through symptoms to treat the root cause.

Suffering from acne, fatigue and minor digestive issues himself; Shadi sought out help from his Aunt to find out what the root cause was.  Shadi discovered that he had a wheat intolerance.  By cutting wheat out of his diet, his health improved dramatically.

This lead Shadi on the path to pursuing a career in Holistic Nutrition.

Shadi attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, and graduated as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.  He uses the skills and knowledge obtained from his education and considerable work experience with Healthoholics (formerly Basic Bulk & Natural Foods) to aid others on a daily basis.

Shadi is a Holistic Nutritionist, who has been working in the industry for ten years.  Shadi addresses nutritional deficiencies and imbalances using assessment tools like BioMeridian testing, personal health history and symptomatology.

Shadi creates personalized diet plans, suggests individualized natural health supplements and recommends lifestyle changes to his clients to reach his goal of helping others realize optimal health.
