We have become extremely removed from the organic nature of our menstruation, resulting in a poor, disconnected relationship with our female bodies and its necessary, healing processes.

The Recipe

Hormone Harmonizing Elixer

1 tsp. of Raw Organic Honey (from your local region if possible)
1 tsp. of Organic Turmeric
1 tsp. of Organic Ginger*
1 tsp. of Maca powder

  1. Boil water, and slowly pour the hot water over all the ingredients stirring vigorously.
  2. Find a cozy spot, sip & feel soothed.

* If you constantly feel cold, use powdered ginger, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine this will keep heat in the body.  However, if you are too hot, experience night sweats or hot flashes, opt for the fresh variety to help heat gently leave your body.
